“Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” (Hebrews 13:1-2)
As the verse says, let your brotherly love continue. You’ve already shown love to Stefan, a teenager displaced by violence. After his family fled their home, they struggled to find food and other necessities in a new city. And Stefan’s leukemia increased their desperation. How could they afford chemotherapy when they couldn’t even afford enough food? But the love you sent this family in the form of donations both satisfied their hunger and covered Stefan’s medical needs. Extend that love to other refugees and displaced people. Show hospitality to strangers.
